Jack Nelson Swim School offers one of the finest learn to swim programs in the world. JNSS was founded by U.S. Olympic Coach Jack Nelson who has lived and worked in Fort Lauderdale for over 50 years. We have taught thousands of children and adults over the last five decades.

We offer excellent aquatic instruction to people of all ages, on a year round basis. At the Jack Nelson Swim School we believe in creating swimmers who not only swim with outstanding technique, but also truly love to swim.



Our new facility is opening on December 1st
The Jack Nelson Swim School is thrilled to announce the opening of a BRAND NEW LOCATION!!

This Fall JNSS will open the doors to an additional location in Wilton Manors, Florida; where we will continue to “build champions in and out of the water.” The Jack Nelson Swim School’s additional location will continue the tradition of providing quality swim instruction with our private lessons (Aquatots/Aquadults) and our various group classes, while at the same time allowing JNSS to continue our mission to develop safer, smarter and healthier swimmers in and out of the water at any age. We will offer more opportunities in the water for everyone with AquaAerobics, AquaTherapy and Aquabilities classes!

Our New Wilton Manors location provides us the opportunity to expand our program & provide more fun learning opportunities for our families in and out of the water. We will be expanding our Infant & Toddler programs with increased water time and NEW indoor classroom time focusing on the healthy development of our littlest swimmers. Some of our classes designed to build champions out of the water include; music, Spanish & yoga – you’ll see these classes getting under way with the new year.

Are you tired of classes being canceled because of swim meets or other special events? Tired of swim meets and beach traffic making parking a hassle? Our new home will offer our swimmers uninterrupted classes, FREE parking and an indoor, air conditioned viewing room!!!! Want a night out, but can’t find a babysitter? The Jack Nelson Swim School’s Wilton Manors location will also provide our families with weekend “Babysitting Nights”.

Did you want to throw a Pool Party? Our Wilton Manor’s location will be available to host your perfect pool party with qualified instructors to keep your party safe! Another exciting part of our new home will be the introduction of a new computer program which will allow you to schedule classes over the internet from home. No more waiting on the phone or in line at our office!

Our office staff will be learning the ins & outs of the program in September & October, so goal is to make it available to you no later than January 1 and hopefully sooner!
